To be brilliant, you must quickly tell me the base attack bonus of a 5th level fighter.

It's been a while, but isn't it 5? I forget where fighters start off, but since they are melee, they should start at a BAB of 1 at 1st level (though it may increase exponentially).

After talking to one of my best friends, I must emphasize the fact that my concurrence with this action hinges on the fact that the new fed's success does not directly originate from IWF's failure. I never thought how tempting the new fed really is. Take this scenario:
I like to think I'm a pretty good RPer in terms of quality (though I think my skill lies in having more than average in quality and quantity while never having the most of either). Let's say I give my best in 10 actual matches (no storyline or tag. Just singles matches) and go 7-2-1 (about my usual winning percentage over my career) and expend about anywhere from 60-80 RPs (probably averaging more than one day as the total tends to go up closer to the match). I did well, but did work my ass off. However, since I have faith in my quality, let's say I hop over to new fed and compile an identical record against similar competition using only 40 RPs. If the reward is the same, why work harder?
Could the above logic bleed IWF dry? I'm not saying I would do that because I love the diversity of unlimited RPing too much. A limit (4, especially) means I would throw out 4 vignettes, which really forces me to alter my character more than I'd like (more focus on an opponent vs. the crazy tangents and absurdities that I use quite often). Also, everyone knows I don't care to run two characters simultaneously, but that isn't a problem as I never said I'd go to the new fed, but only said I wouldn't oppose it as long as IWF was healthy.
Also, it'll need to be addressed sooner or later, are guys allowed to go back and edit RPs during the week. I imagine so, but with a limit, it'd just be confined to one post that grows and could lead to guys posting all their RPs on the last day, so they don't have to edit them to apply to their opponent (or already have responses ready). I could see people fighting over it because I know I'd bitch over it, if it happened to me (not that it surprises any of you, I'm sure).

If you wanted to edit your work, it would be best to provide a clear notification to the applicable parties before doing so. Otherwise you could go back and turn a good RP into a great one, only for it not to be scrutinised and judged for your match after the modifications.

Not only that, but since replies are highly unlikely (why waste a RP on a reply when you can make your own RP with more options?), why not change it later? If nothing else, you opponent looks retarded for talking about something you "never" said.
