*FUCKIN' SPOILERS IN THIS ONE*

Not a BAD movie. Bottom half of the series to be sure, but it was an entertaining movie, which in the end is the extent of Indiana Jones movies' reason to exist. Raiders managed to elevate it, but popcorn entertainment is popcorn entertainment. I'm going to remind people who thought it was over the top a few things that happened previously in the series:
-People's faces got melted off by Jew ghosts
-A guy's heart got ripped out
-old rocks burned a hole through a bag
-Voodoo doll
-The holy grail
-Indy didn't clock that bitch in Temple of Doom and throw her ass into the lava
-That German dame had sex with Sean Connery. This isn't so unrealistic, but she was spry for someone in a sexual exhaustion-induced coma

Crystal Skull just did what all the other movies did. It took a particular culture's legends and treated them as fact. It's not like nobody's ever said "Hey, maybe the "gods" they saw were aliens" before.

Just like Last Crusade took place in the 30's as the Nazi's were gaining power.
The 20's when the temple of doom.....ummm....something! lol

But all the movies do stick with the trend of the time they take place.

Like I said 2 3/4 stars out of 4. Perhaps even 3.......

It totally entertained though. It just had a much different feeling this time around. And the waterfall scene was dumb
