I'm sure everyone already knows by now because everyone does their homework before me, but, Robert Downey Jr makes a cameo in the new Hulk movie as Tony Stark. I saw him in a trailer and went "wait what?". Then it dawned on me that they're setting the seeds for the Justice League movie.
I'm not sure of the length or durability of his character, or even if he had made the chance to Ironman yet in the film (Whether the events in Hulk are before or after the events Ironman are not stated), nonetheless that's seems really cool to me. I hope his role is very limited because if it is, it sends an awesome subplot to the hardcore fans out there who will recognize him.
I like how both storylines are happening at the same time, in the movies themselves and in real life summer of '08. (Not only that, but with the release of Dark Knight in a couple weeks that's the third Justice League member to receive a movie in a two month time.) Now I wish Norton showed up in Ironman. It's obvious they planned this from the beginning, so why Norton didn't make a cameo in Ironman is beyond me.
