Opening Match
Jonny ‘Fucking’ London vs. Yeh Ren
Yeh Ren wins by pinfal.
After the match The Ringmaster informs the Factions newest member that if he ‘makes and impact’ before the night is out then he might get a 2nd chance in the tournament.
Powers vs. D Jay
Match ends in the 15 minute time limit draw. The Ringmaster declares that neither man will advance. The TV Champion emerges from the back and hits the ring, using his championship belt to take apart the exhausted Powers and DJay. The Ringmaster lets London know that he needs to do more than that to advance.
Anthony Jordan vs. Sain
Anthony Jordan wins by pinfall and advances to the 2nd round
Mikkey vs. Gone
The 2 superstars beat the hell out of each other, neither willing to let this chance slip by. Unfortunately for them, what was looking to be an awesome match was interrupted by the desperate Jonny London. After taking the referee out, London again used his TV title belt to leave both me laying. A second ref hit the ring and declared a double DQ.
With confusion in the air the Ringmaster let it be known that BOTH John Gone and Mikkey would advance to the 2nd round
Kaos vs. Croc
The match was back and forth, but the Aussie Icon eventually put away Kid Kaos with the CrocKick. However, in a shocking twist, Croc announced that he would not advance to the 2nd round as he would be proving that he is indeed ‘backing’ MJW to be the next World Champion, and therefore would be in his corner next week.
MJW vs. Frost
MJW picked up the win, thanks in part to the man on a mission, Jonny London. London distracted the ref long enough for MJ to hit a low blow, followed by the Ego Trip for the pinfall.
