I know it may not be my place to suggest it, but maybe we should think about redoing things in CWA. The slate was forced clean, so we have options now that we didn't have before. Perhaps we should look into them.
We could bring back BWA (a pipe dream of mine). We could recreate CWA with either new titles or a tournament to kick-start us. Some guys may make new characters. There are many things we could do.
It's cool if Timmy wants to pick up where we left off, but maybe something else could be better for us. It, at least, deserves a thought or two.

I am glad you asked this question because as we speak, I am talking to Bill on AIM about it.....
Do we keep CWA? Do we make it ICWA? (ICW&CWA) Or Do we make something completely fresh? Maybe it'd be good for all of us to have something completely new. Thoughts?

The only reason I'd be against something totally new is the fact that it eliminates all value from our history. Since I played a significant part in that history, it's something I may not completely be in love with. Also, if some of the old characters came over, some of the wind would be taken out of their sails because the place where they established themselves technically never existed.
As long as we're all here, I really couldn't care less about the aesthetics.
ICWA looks too much like "Iowa."

We can change the name, use a storyline like Vince or TNA bought out CWA and their titles...but couldn't afford the talent.
We have the same talent, same fueds, new fed, new titles.....
I'[m still partial to the FWF

I'm in favor of bringing back the BWA honestly. All those old school banners really made me nostalgic. Not that we could ever re-create it, but, I just really think it would be cool.
As for starting something completely new? Absolutely NOT. I'm in no way in favor of starting new. There's a reason this fed is almost five years old and that's because it never died. All of us at one point or another never let it. I would hate to see almost five years worth of history eliminated. That's a strong factor in attracting new members as well.
All the title histories and PPVs up to I believe Aftershock 08 I believe, are saved on my archive site so all hope is not lost. ((Yes yes kiss the ground I walk on for saving it all when I did)).
BWA! YES WE CAN!
IT IS NOT A TIME FOR CHANGE!

There's always AJCW. In memorial of the greatest ever: Justin Voss.
"AJ" stands for "Always Jumpin'" and that was Voss to the core.

Dammit, Bill, I said something almost identical to what CJ said, yet you give him props! Ron Paul would be disappointed in you. Either way, I guess we shouldn't have any more double champions. Jonas made the site implode.

SO well. My archives site isn't deleted. It's just missing.
For some reason the address isn't saved in my addy bar like it used to be. Guess the cookie ran out. Anyway, I thought there was a way to search proboards for site created by certain e-mails? Anyone know?

Any specific phrases you can think of to find it?
To get to CWA I once had to Google like "Timothy Draven Anthony Jordan Chris James Voss" or something like that.
